Our wholesale business has been operating since 2005. We are now taking the extensive experience and knowledge of the survival and preparedness industry to formulate and launch our direct to consumer Quake Kits brand. We will continue to offer a turnkey wholesale dropship program to our distributors with our Wholesale Survival Kits platform as well as offer a world-class retail eCommerce platform with QuakeKits.com. Combined, we will be able to offer both levels of customers an exceptional package of products, with efficient fulfillment, and take advantage of our significant buying power and inventory.
The majority of the products we sell have been carefully designed and manufactured by us, with the end customer in mind. For products that we don’t produce, we partner with manufacturers that have the same vision and commitment to quality. We are constantly in varying stages of developing new products as well. If you have a special request for a product you don’t see, let us know.
Quake Kits have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at support@quakekits.com within 60 days of product receipt, and we will give you details on the return/exchange. You can extend this limited warranty to 180 days by signing up to our Quake Kits Club Program by going to QuakeKits.com/warranty within one week of receiving your item.
At Quake Kits we make it a goal to never leave a customer dissatisfied. We work hard to make sure that every order is correct and sent out in a timely manner. Quake Kits will do all possible, within reason, to satisfy any customer issues and expectations. See the details for returns, shortages, and refunds below.

As mentioned above Quake Kits wants to satisfy all customers. Returns and shortage requests are accepted within 60 days from the time the order is placed. Any returns and/or shortages should be reported at support@quakekits.com within 60 days of the order placement to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Option 1: You would like to return a full kit(s). We will send you a RMA and process your refund to the original payment method once we receive the product back in our fulfillment center.
Option 2: You would like to replace a defective item(s) or request a shorted item(s). If an item(s) is defective or shorted, Quake Kits will replace the item and pay for the return (if needed) and replacement shipping. Quake Kits will not accept any returns for shipments outside the continental United States.
Food and water products cannot be returned to be resold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products cannot be issued.
All new customers can qualify for a 10% discount on their first order by signing up for our Quake Kits Club Program. Once on the program, you will be notified of all sales or promotional discounts available.

Our company has been donating to worthy recipients and charities for over ten years. We have donated over 100,000 items during times of disasters and the pandemic. We have also recently established Quake Kits Cares and will donate 1% of our annual sales to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
The amount of food and water is dependent on which Quake Kit is purchased. The general rule is that there will be at least one gallon of water per person, per day and 1200 calories of food per person, per day.
Quake Kits are very useful for any emergency. Our kits will get you prepared regardless of where you live. We chose the name Quake Kits due to their sudden nature with the focus on helping you be ready for the most abrupt emergency.
All of your personal information and credit card data is held in strict confidence using secure encryption methods. Any personal and/or purchasing data used for marketing based on customer data and buying trends is fully disclosed in the Quake Kits Privacy Policy.
We are always open to exploring any potential partnerships and co-marketing ideas or alliances. We also have the ability for custom products and/or branding for the right fit with each party achieving mutually beneficial objectives.
