SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. If we are experiencing higher than normal volumes it may require additional time to fulfill your order. If we foresee significant delays we will let you know via email or text. Any current shipping delays will be posted on the site.
SHIPPING ARRIVAL TIME
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping methods used. Free shipping orders generally arrive within a week. Orders placed during times of peak demand, due to emergencies, could take longer. Any delays compared to the standard shipping arrival times will be posted on our site at the time of ordering.
Contiguous US: All Contiguous US orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping service. A flat-rate cost of $15 will be applied to all orders under $99.
AK/HI/US Territories: A flat-rate cost of $30 will be applied to orders shipping into these states. An additional charge of $15 will be applied to orders placed under $99. Please contact us if you are having any issues when placing the order
SHIPPING METHOD & CARRIER
Most of our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. For larger orders, we will coordinate LTL pallet shipping with you. Although we can ship to a PO Box, we suggest shipping all orders to a physical, verified address.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation via email once your order is processed which will include your tracking number. Please allow 1 business day for your tracking number to show activity.
DAMAGED & LOST PACKAGES
In the event that your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org or 844-782-5354). Please save all information including the order confirmation email until the issue is resolved.
