This kit is great for someone who wants a go bag or bug out bag - natural disasters can happen at any moment, let alone find yourself in a situation that could warrant use of this item. This would be great for keeping around the home, being in the great outdoors, camping, etc. The bag is very visible & easy to locate and the bag material seems to be of good quality. What really impressed me was how everything was organized inside of the bag and sealed to protect the contents. I think the manufacturer did a great job putting together this kit - you’re getting a lot for the money. This is the type of setup that can help you survive for a number of days. Like anything else we could always improve it by adding other items we might need. That could be things like extra food, a portable stove, silverware, etc. In my opinion it’s worth the money and give it a thumbs up. Try it!

Perfect kit to start with!

I have so many good things to say about this kit! It is not perfect, but it is the best one I've seen yet.

I have bought a lot of pre-made kits to give to friends. I have also assembled emergency kits from scratch on my own. Any time I have bought an emergency kit for a gift, I usually end up extensively modifying it and adding to it.

This kit is different. It does still need some modifications and additions, but it is by far a more complete kit to start out with.

Please note, there is a flashlight included, but no batteries. You will have to add your own AA batteries.

The first aid kit is actually a basic first aid kit! It isn't just eight bandaids and an alcohol wipe. It is a hard case with a larger assortment of items. Now, myself personally, I would be adding all kinds of things to that first aid kit so it is even more complete. But what it has to start out with is far superior to what is usually included.

Also, THANK YOU to whoever actually included feminine hygiene products! Finally!! It is so good that the folks who put these together acknowledge that feminine hygiene is absolutely something that should be included in an emergency bag.

Even the bag itself is much better than usual. Much more practical and versatile and also better quality.

The bags inside have clearly marked categories and make staying organized much easier.

The emergency food bar has an expiration date of 2026.

There is plenty of room left in the bag to add an emergency radio, some clothes, some cash, personal documents, and whatever other items are needed or desired.

If you are overwhelmed knowing you should have an emergency bag but don't know where to start, this is the bag for you.

I could talk about this bag for hours. It doesn't do everything perfectly, and I would definitely modify it for my personal use. But it is so much better than others I've purchased it is refreshing! Long story short I totally recommend this.

Great for just in case!

I got this bag for emergencies. It stays in our front closet as something we might need in the future. Everything fits inside well and each thing is labeled. It does have shelf stable water and nutrition bars, enough for a few days. This would be great to include in your car or on a boat for those what if scenarios. Definitely not a must have but I do feel better knowing we have some starting supplies just in case.
