Returns and shortage requests are accepted within 60 days from the time the order is placed. Any returns and/or shortages should be reported at support@quakekits.com within 60 days of the order placement to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

If an item(s) is defective or shorted, Quake Kits will replace the item and pay for the return (if needed) and replacement shipping.
